This one is tougher to rate. The first time I took it, it was a great experience. I was very happy and relaxed and giggly, but I’ve taken it 2 more times since then and it had very little effect, which is why I’m going with a 3.

I have a high tolerance so im not sure these really did anything for me though, but im not mad about it. For $7, I'd say give it a try, The flavor is good and the price is good!
